The CRCM's Integrative Bioinformatics (Cibi) platform is part of the Centre de Recherche en Cancérologie de Marseille lab (CRCM - Inserm - CNRS - UMR 1068), at the Institut Paoli-Calmettes.
The platform offers a wide range of expertise in Bioinformatics (large scale genomics data integration, development of specific analysis) and Information Management (development of information management systems) and develops state of the art pipeline tools in bioinformatics analysis and databases.
